We’re an independent information site, not a government service, so there are some things we can’t do. For these, you’ll get a faster answer from the official organisation:
- Booking, changing or cancelling a driving test: use the official booking service on GOV.UK
- Licence applications, renewals or problems with your driving record: contact the DVLA
- Driving tests and licences in Northern Ireland: go to nidirect
- Advice about a specific driving offence or court case: speak to a solicitor who deals with motoring law
Reporting a mistake
Tell us what’s wrong and, if you can, where you found the correct information. We check every report against the official source. If we’ve got something wrong, we fix the page and update its “Last checked” date. Our editorial policy explains the process in full.
